Data we collect
When you access this website, our hosting provider may process technical log data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, requested files, date and time. This processing is necessary to operate and secure the website and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you contact us by email or form, we process the details you provide: name, email address, company (if provided), telephone number (if provided), service interest and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if requested, prepare or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other enquiries our legitimate interest in handling correspondence applies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not submit sensitive information through the form.
Recipients and service providers
Recipients include our hosting and email provider Infomaniak and, for contact-form submissions, Formspree, Inc. We do not sell your personal data. We share it further only when necessary to handle your enquiry, meet legal duties or protect legal claims.
The website and email are provided by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Form submissions are sent to Formspree, Inc., which receives and stores them using infrastructure in the United States and forwards them to us. Formspree says it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers; the contractual documentation applicable to our account is being checked. For information about the transfer safeguards, contact us at contact@masterbookcollective.com. External maps are loaded only when activated by you. This website also uses externally loaded Google Fonts; visiting a page may send your IP address and browser information to Google.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling through this website.
Cookies and external content
Technically necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate the site. Where optional external content such as maps requires consent, it is activated only after your choice. You can refuse or withdraw that choice without losing access to the core website. The contact form itself sends data to Formspree only when you submit it.
